Transparent polyurethane dressing film for protecting catheter introduction sites. Dermafilm has detachable strips and is self-adhesive, permeable to water vapour and oxygen, hypoallergenic, stretchable and sterile.The larger Dermafilm sizes (codes 38.30.15 and 38.30.18) can be used in surgery as incise drapes.
Water vapour transmission has been tested according to the ASTM E96 standard - Procedure BW inverted cup.
Results : 550 g/m²/24hours at 36° and 50 % relative humidity.
