seldineedle is intended for puncturing a vein or artery and inserting a guidewire into the vessel when placing a catheter using the Seldinger technique.
Description
seldineedle is an introducer needle.seldineedle is intended for puncturing a vein or artery and for inserting a guidewire into the vessel when placing a catheter using the Seldinger technique.
seldineedle can be used with a male Luer/male Luer-lock syringe for the puncture procedure. An arrow on the base indicates the direction of the bevel.
This device is supplied sterile and sterilised with ethylene oxide.
In practice, the duration of use is approximately 5 minutes, taking into account the possibility of repeating the clinical procedure.
